Qualifications

• Strong Swift experience building and shipping native macOS applications.
• Experience with the Xcode build and release life cycle.
• Experience processing, exporting, or otherwise manipulating video or images programmatically (AVFoundation, Core Image).
• Experience with SwiftUI and modern Swift concurrency (async/await).
• An innovative, open-minded approach to problem-solving and curiosity about new technology.
• Expertise with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to work directly with non-engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve a suite of native macOS applications used in design production.
• Work is scoped at the start and ships with a released build after testing.
• Maintain, defect resolution, refactoring, and rebuilds across project lifecycles.
• Work across native macOS tooling, Adobe design software, and Python scripts.
• Prototype new approaches and test against real production needs.
• Build automation and integrations from production requirements, turning needs into durable tools.
• Each piece of work is scoped and delivered on its own within the cycle.
