Attivo Group is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support strategic growth by researching, assessing and progressing potential acquisition opportunities. You will deliver high-quality financial analysis and due diligence, and provide clear recommendations to evaluate targets and risks in line with Attivo’s objectives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, transaction support or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, valuation techniques and financial modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interpret financial information.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse financial, commercial and operational information on target acquisitions.
• Support due diligence by reviewing and interpreting information.
• Own the financial modelling process for new acquisitions.
• Assist with deal negotiation and track actions.
