Job summary

Attivo is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support strategic growth through researching and progressing potential acquisition opportunities. You will provide high-quality financial analysis and due diligence support, contributing clear recommendations to evaluate targets and assess risks.

You will own the financial modelling process for new acquisitions and collaborate with internal teams and external advisers to progress transactions.

Qualifications

2-3 years in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, transaction support, investment analysis or similar.
Strong understanding of financial accounting, valuation techniques and financial modelling.
Ability to interpret financial, commercial and operational information and identify risks.

Responsibilities

Research and analyse financial, commercial and operational information on potential acquisition targets.
Support due diligence activity by reviewing and interpreting information.
Own the financial modelling process for new acquisitions.
