Job summary

Major Players | B Corp™ is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to lead our brand’s social channels and expand our creator community platform from London. You will drive the social strategy, grow an engaged creator community, and coordinate with cross-border teams to ensure consistent, high-impact content.

You will manage events, workshops, and education initiatives, while tracking analytics to demonstrate tangible growth and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in social strategy with clear examples of channels grown.
• Real community management experience; hosting webinars or events is a plus.
• Confidence with data: deriving insights and building strategy from them.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Background in beauty or genuine passion for the category.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the social strategy for the agency’s brand channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Build an engaged creator community through workshops, webinars, education programmes and brand partner activity.
• Create content and community initiatives for the UK and international markets.
• Lead analytics and reporting showing growth in creator sign-ups, engagement, partnerships and channel performance.
• Line-manage a junior team member and provide guidance on content creation and posting.
• Collaborate with US social team and in-house influencer division to align content and strategy.
• Present strategy to senior leadership with clear learnings and recommendations.
