Qualifications

• 4-7 years PQE in commercial and property disputes, construction litigation, contested wills and estates, or debt recovery.
• Excellent grasp of Civil Procedure Rules and technical legal knowledge.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and support senior colleagues on complex matters.
• Lead cases from initial enquiry to trial.
• Delegate to junior staff and collaborate with Counsel and experts.
