Qualifications

• 4-7 years PQE in litigation, with applications from strong candidates outside this range considered.
• Proven ability to manage cases from initial enquiry through to trial.
• Excellent knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and support senior colleagues on complex disputes.
• Handle commercial, property, and construction litigation.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and witness statements.
