Job summary

You will bridge business processes and a new lending platform, delivering clear, structured requirements and future-state workflows.

With strong analysis, underwriting, and credit risk experience, you will work with internal BAs and a third-party provider to support lending metrics, data integrations and platform

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis experience within lending, credit or financial services.
• Hands-on experience of underwriting processes and credit risk.
• Experience working with third-party technology or platform providers.
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and gap analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable technology requirements.
• Experience supporting technology transformation or platform implementation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current-state lending and underwriting processes.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into clear, structured requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of our new lending platform and its capabilities.
• Define future-state processes and working practices.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and platform functionality.
• Document required configuration, functionality and potential platform enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, internal BAs and the technology provider.
• Support requirements relating to lending metrics and credit data or bureau integrations.
• Contribute to the wider transformation programme, with the role potentially evolving toward more project-focused support as the programme progresses.
