Zusammenfassung

EMCCA is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Manager to shape and lead the operational management of its Legal Services function. The role focuses on strategies, processes and systems that drive efficiency, governance and performance across the team.

You will own the Legal Services Case Management system, oversee document/data management, and collaborate with Legal, Governance and Information Governance colleagues to embed best practices regionally.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in business or practice management within legal services or local authority contexts.
• Ability to work with senior managers while handling detailed systems, processes and finance.
• Experience managing complex electronic systems and data governance.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Legal Services function.
• Develop and implement modern practice management approaches to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Lead ownership and optimization of the Legal Services Case Management system and data storage.
• Oversee legal documents, data management, access and retention in line with information governance.
• Harmonise processes across Legal, Governance and Information Governance and with regional peers.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial risks to ensure a sustainable service.
• Lead and develop the Practice Management Team and IT resources.
• Share best practices regionally and benchmark approaches.
