Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all Talent Academy activity and manage various programmes.
  • Implement excellent learning and development activities.
  • Work with high profile stakeholders, trainers and learners.

Skills

Demonstrable experience of working within an L&D role
Experience of end-to-end co-ordination and management of learning programmes
Experience of communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
High level knowledge of Office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience of producing accurate reports and analytics
