West Kent Housing Association is seeking a Head of Digital Technology Operations and Cybersecurity to oversee service delivery, infrastructure and security. Based in Sevenoaks with hybrid working, the role reports to the Digital Technology Director and leads cyber resilience initiatives while shaping the technology strategy for residents and colleagues.

Job Role

Are you an inspiring technology leader who wants to make a visible difference?

We are creating an exciting senior technology leadership role at West Kent, with the opportunity to shape the secure, resilient digital services that support our colleagues and residents.

Reporting to the Digital Technology Director, you will lead our service delivery, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams. You will set high standards for operational performance, strengthen our cyber resilience and ensure our cloud and on premise technology is reliable, secure and easy to use.

This is a visible and influential role. You will help shape strategy, lead service improvement, manage key technology partners and lead our resilience and response to major incidents. You will also build digital capability across West Kent and deputise for the Director when required.

We are looking for a collaborative and credible leader with senior experience across technology operations, infrastructure and cybersecurity. You will bring strong technical judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues and resolve them.

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with full-time employees averaging two days in the office per week.

Hours

Full-time, 37 hours, Monday- Thursday 08:45am- 17:15pm and Friday 08:45am- 16:45pm.

Additional Information

You’ll need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Lead the management of the ’on call’ and ’out of hours’ rota, and lead the management of cybersecurity or service incidents at whatever time they occur.
