• MRICS qualification essential.
• Willing to commute to London borough at least twice weekly.
• Experience in property development or project management in the public sector.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in budgets and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of public sector regulations and compliance.
• Ability to analyse data and produce reports.
• Strong communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives and timelines.
• Manage budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the public sector.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Produce detailed reports and documentation for all stages of development projects.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making within the property department.
