Job summary

1st Formations is seeking a diligent Compliance professional to perform AML/KYC checks in line with regulatory requirements. You will be the main contact for customers, guiding them through due diligence to ensure smooth order progression.

This full-time hybrid role involves office presence on Mon, Wed, Fri and remote work Tue/Thu, with a flexible start time between 8:30 and 9:00. Opportunity for career progression and product influence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out AML checks in line with MLR 2019, HMRC KYC requirements and EU 5th Directive.
• Managing a high volume of customer interactions daily via email and telephone.
• Guiding customers through our compliance requirements clearly and promptly.
• Ensuring orders progress by facilitating due diligence in a timely manner.
• Maintaining meticulous records and administrative accuracy across tasks.
• Keeping up to date with AML regulations and internal procedures.
