1st Formations in the UK is seeking a diligent AML Compliance Assistant to join our growing Compliance Department. You will perform AML checks in line with MLR 2019, HMRC KYC requirements, and the EU 5th Directive, handling a high volume of customer interactions by email and phone to guide them through due diligence.

The role:

We are looking for a diligent, reliable and conscientious individual to join our growing Compliance Department. In this role, you will carry out anti-money laundering (AML) checks in line with HMRC Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and EU 5th Directive regulations. You will be the key point of contact for a high volume of customers, by email and telephone, guiding them through our due diligence requirements so their orders progress smoothly to completion. This is a full-time, hybrid position (in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and a great opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in anti-money laundering and financial compliance.

What We Offer

• £30,000 per annum

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Hybrid working: in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and at home Tuesday and Thursday

• Flexible start time between 8.30am and 9am
