Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our Strategy & Growth practice in Milton Keynes. You’ll work with experienced consultants on real client challenges from day one.

This 18-month fixed-term role offers hybrid working (two days in MK office, the rest remote) and UK client travel as required, with salary £30,000–£40,000 DOE. You’ll develop commercial thinking, pricing and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years? professional experience in related fields.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to work with uncertainty.
• Understanding of pricing, commercial analysis and financial benchmarking.
• Experience with business-winning methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Position to Win strategies across major competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors and turn insight into actionable recommendations.
• Develop competitive analysis and customer insight to inform bid, capture and growth strategies.
• Build and refine pricing models, scenarios and assumptions.
• Contribute to client discovery sessions, workshops and strategy discussions.
