Kaizen Search Marketing is a forward-thinking digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, Digital PR, and Social Media. We are a growing team and seek a self-starter who thrives on a challenge to make their mark within a small, ambitious Social team.

You’ll brainstorm, craft, shoot, edit and copywrite scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, contributing bold ideas and staying attuned to culture and trends.

Qualifications

• About 1+ year of experience creating content.
• Passion for organic social media with sharp instincts for what makes content work.
• Ability to come up with unique ideas; not just follow trends.
• Comfort with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere) and design/copy basics.
• A strong portfolio showing how you think, not just what you’ve created.
• Confidence to challenge briefs and collaborate to improve ideas.

Responsibilities

• Concept and create scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and relevant platforms.
• Turn strategy into standout creative from concepting, shooting, editing, and copy.
• Bring your own viewpoint to brainstorms to improve client content.
• Stay plugged into culture, track moments, and know when to engage.
• Help build diverse formats, series, and territories for client brands.
• Work across a roster of brands wanting to be bold on social.
