Schools Trust is seeking an IT Technician to join a prestigious education group in a hybrid role covering North-East London. You will deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support, handle a range of systems and users, and contribute to ongoing IT projects.

The successful candidate will have IT support experience with hardware/software installation and some network knowledge. The role offers development, ongoing training and a path toward progression within the trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, providing 1st and 2nd line assistance.
• Knowledge of networks, hardware and software installation and deployment.
• Experience in education sector is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across systems and users.
• Deliver IT solutions for issues affecting all aspects of IT.
• Work remotely via the service desk and on-site in Croydon, London area.
