ArrowXL by JP Home in Wigan is seeking an IT Project Delivery Manager to own IT projects end‑to‑end, from initiation through to implementation. The role is based at our Wigan office with hybrid working and a 40-hour week. You’ll track milestones across scope, cost and timescales, manage change requests, and ensure governance is followed.

DBS checks may be required. You’ll lead the IT Delivery Team, facilitate workshops, manage risks, and drive delivery excellence within a collaborative

Formación

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar IT project role.
• Knowledge of suitable methodologies for delivering projects, change and continuous improvement.
• Azure Cloud and SaaS product experience desirable.
• APM, PRINCE2 or AgilePM qualification is advantageous.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scoping and requirements gathering, analysing customer needs and defining key requirements for changes and projects.
• Coordinate internal resources, maintain project plans and documentation, and manage delivery against scope, budget and timescales.
• Manage scope changes through change-control process and perform configuration activities where required.
• Work with governance standards and established project management tools and processes.
• Facilitate workshops and update sessions with stakeholders, including execs, and escalate risks as needed.
• Provide leadership and line management to IT Delivery Team members and portfolio management of Change Requests.
