Job summary

Hilton Food Group in Huntingdon is seeking an IT Project Accountant to join our Finance / Group Finance team on a hybrid basis (3 days on site). You will track all costs, revenues and financial transactions for IT projects to support profitability and governance.

The role requires fully qualified accounting credential (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), advanced Excel, and experience in IT project accounting within a multinational organisation.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in IT project accounting or related role.
• Experience in multinational organisations.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Track all costs, revenues and financial transactions for IT projects.
• Monitor profitability, resource usage and budget compliance.
• Support cost control across CAPEX, OPEX, resource costs and implementation costs.
• Produce regular financial reports for Project/Portfolio Boards, Steering committees and leadership.
• Support month-end processes including accruals and reforecasts.
