Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, with three days on-site per week, working closely with IT leadership to coordinate procurement activities, supplier administration and contract renewals.

You will manage budgets, process invoices and provide management information and reports. The ideal candidate will have procurement experience, strong Excel skills and a proactive approach in a technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract administration, finance support or similar roles.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, invoices and contract renewals.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Confident working with budgets and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier administration and contract renewals.
• Maintaining records relating to contracts, licences, assets and supplier agreements.
• Processing invoices, monitoring expenditure and supporting budget management and financial reporting.
• Producing management information and maintaining accurate departmental records.
• Coordinating meetings, maintaining actions and supporting governance activities.
• Organising travel arrangements, training bookings and other operational activities.
• Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to maintain efficient and effective processes.
