Job summary

YMCA Chiltern Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our small IT team, supporting around 700 staff across more than 80 locations. The role involves configuring, supporting and managing our infrastructure and applications, helping to improve efficiency and harmonise IT delivery through single-vendor solutions.

This is a hybrid role with occasional home working, but regular attendance at our Hatfield and Watford offices is required, along with travel to sites across

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to provide Right to Work evidence.
• Must reside in the UK for duration of employment.
• May require Basic or Enhanced Criminal Disclosure after conditional offer.
• Driver's licence and own car required for travel to multiple sites.
• Hybrid role with weekly attendance at Hatfield and Watford offices and travel to sites across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support and manage IT infrastructure and applications.
• Act as escalation point for service desk and second-line engineers.
• Support travel to multiple sites and attend offices as required.
• Assist in harmonising IT delivery through single-vendor solutions.
