Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in insurance or regulated financial services.
• Various requirements elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews).
• Documenting and prioritising functional and non-functional requirements.
• Data analysis and data modelling techniques.
• Process analysis and process modelling techniques.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to the company project framework and governance.
• Elicitation and documentation of requirements from all areas of the business.
• Elicitation and documentation of ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes for all areas of the business.
• Construct business cases for new initiatives.
• Data analysis to support decision making on changes and testing.
• Translate technical information for business stakeholders.
• Document system specifications or user stories as required.
• Develop and execute a system test plan.
• Maintain documentation (data models, process maps) in the EA tool.
• Coordinate and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate and assist in user training.
• Maintain understanding of the company’s systems and processes.
• Collaborate with tech and support teams to resolve system queries.
