• Directly lead EDI and SAP Applications teams with coaching and performance support.
• Oversee application-related projects including upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
• Define delivery plans, gather requirements, and coordinate testing and release activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, service performance, and improvement plans.
