Job summary

Nulogy, a Belfast-based IT team, is seeking an IT Analyst to join its Information Security group in a hybrid role. You will support access management, device lifecycle, and foundational security operations, collaborating closely with the Security Analyst to bolster security posture while assisting with general IT support.

The role welcomes candidates with a couple of years of IT experience, including new grads, and involves in-office and distributed collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT experience preferred (strong new grads also encouraged to apply).
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and cloud-first environments.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related SaaS platforms.
• Experience with identity and access management, endpoint management, device compliance, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Access Management: Provision and deprovision user accounts across core systems and perform reviews.
• Equipment & Inventory Management: Maintain hardware inventory, image/configure/ship equipment, track lifecycle.
• Security Support: Act as backup for routine security tasks and assist with monitoring security alerts.
• General IT Support: Respond to helpdesk tickets and maintain internal documentation.
