Job summary

The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We are looking for an Investment Data and Operations Analyst to join our Investments Operations team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will oversee a broad range of investment operations, reporting and governance activities to ensure Wellcome's portfolio is accurately managed and monitored. The role requires experience in investment operations within an investment management or financial services environment, and you will work in a

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of working in an investment operations, asset management or wider financial services environment.
• Experience supporting investment portfolios across public and private markets, including cash management, valuations, fund operations.
• Experience producing, managing or analysing investment data and reporting, including the use of systems to support portfolio oversight and decision-making.
• Experience working with external service providers to deliver operational, reporting or governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investment operations and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Manage operational activities across the portfolio with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and reconcile cash flows, valuations and portfolio activity for accurate records.
• Produce and enhance investment reports, dashboards and data insights to support decision-making.
