Job summary

Methodist Homes MHA in Derby is seeking an Integrations Engineer for a 24‑month fixed term. You will design, build and maintain robust integration solutions, delivering end‑to‑end data pipelines across cloud and on‑premises platforms while aligning with enterprise strategy.

The role requires extensive hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python and ETL/ELT patterns, plus strong stakeholder engagement and governance. Hybrid working two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex end-to-end integrations.
• Hands-on SQL, Python and Oracle in production environments.
• Experience with ETL/ELT patterns and data pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities.
• Hybrid cloud and on-premises data integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust integrations and pipelines across cloud and on‑premises platforms.
• Develop and optimise ETL/ELT processes to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring controls.
• Troubleshoot and improve performance, scalability, and resiliency of pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver end‑to‑end integrations.
• Embed data security, privacy, and governance in integration designs.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
