United Utilities is seeking an Integrated Water Management Lead to drive collaboration and strategic planning across Cumbria. You will shape place-based water management, unlock better outcomes for communities and the environment, and work with partners across the public, private and environmental sectors to deliver innovative solutions.

Regular travel across the region is required, with a hybrid working location in Warrington.

Qualifications

• Degree, postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and embed an integrated approach to water management across Cumbria.
• Create partnerships that unlock better outcomes for people, places and the environment.
• Drive delivery of United Utilities' Integrated Water Management strategy across the region.
• Build and maintain influential relationships with local authorities and environmental organisations.
• Identify opportunities for collaborative, partnership-led solutions that deliver shared objectives.
• Manage a pipeline of partnership projects from concept through delivery.
• Ensure governance and reporting arrangements for integrated water management initiatives.
• Collaborate with WRMP, DWMP and WINEP programmes to maximise value.
• Champion nature-based solutions and ecosystem resilience.
• Track and demonstrate benefits of integrated water management projects.
