LEGO Brand Retail is seeking a Project Manager for Our LEGO Agency (OLA) London to lead integrated creative projects from brief to launch, coordinating creative development, production and delivery with partners across the business.

You'll balance creative ambition with commercial priorities, manage timelines, risks and budgets, and oversee external partners, while driving collaboration, governance and quality across campaigns spanning digital, print, retail and content.

• Led integrated creative projects from brief through production to final asset delivery.
• Managed multiple projects with schedules, resources, risks and priorities in deadline-led environments.
• Delivered campaigns across digital, social, print, retail, web and out-of-home channels.
• Tracked budgets, forecasts and resource plans for creative projects.
• Created project plans and delivery updates using Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Lead integrated campaigns from initial brief through creative development, production and launch.
• Create project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, decisions and resource requirements.
• Run reviews, approvals and feedback loops across brand, IP, legal, compliance and quality governance.
• Identify delivery risks early, resolve blockers and manage scope changes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, project administration, pre-production logistics and product sourcing.
• Oversee in-house design production and final asset delivery against specifications, timings and quality standards.
• Coordinate external partners and suppliers while improving shared ways of working.
