Job summary

Fisher German LLP is seeking an organised Project Coordinator for our Glasgow office. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working with flexibility for part-time hours. You will support multiple projects, coordinating deliverables and client updates while liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will contribute to WIP management, reporting, and project administration, with a focus on detail and proactive service to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills to support a busy team.
• Experience in project coordination or administration is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage work-in-progress and purchase orders at a project level.
• Coordinate key project deliverables using bespoke PM systems.
• Maintain surveying trackers and reporting to clients.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients on project updates.
• Handle general project administration and file setup.
