Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking an Infrastructure & Network Security Specialist to govern and deliver safeguarding of IT infrastructure. You will enforce security policies, manage controls and evidence compliance within the information security framework.

The role involves collaboration with information security, risk functions and outsourced partners, delivering remediation actions and ensuring audit readiness across the IT environment. HybrID work with two office days per week in Guildford.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT including hands-on with security tooling, risk analysis, or governance roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent understanding of communication protocols and network security technologies.
• Experience with outsourcing partners and offshore vendors.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all information security risks and controls owned by IT.
• Work with Information Security, IT and outsourced partners to improve security risks across IT.
• Report IT risk management status to senior stakeholders.
• Manage outsourced partners and ensure adherence to control frameworks.
• Collaborate across cloud, infrastructure and workplace teams to develop security capabilities.
• Produce business cases for project investments and act as sponsor for deliveries.
• Engage with projects during service acceptance to avoid IT risk.
• Ensure compliance to Allianz policies, standards and audit controls.
