Job summary

WeDo is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer in Central London on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (potential to go permanent). The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and involves shaping a multi-site Microsoft environment, from Intune and Entra ID to Azure and networking.

You’ll work closely with the Infrastructure & Cyber Security Lead to improve infrastructure, automate with PowerShell, and influence technology decisions that make a real difference across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Microsoft infrastructure environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, 365 and Azure.
• Fundamentals of networking: routing, switching, VLANs, IP.
• Exposure to infrastructure security including Defender.
• Willingness to learn and automate with PowerShell.
• Ability to work across multiple technologies and solve problems.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Improve and modernise the existing infrastructure.
• Support Intune, Entra ID, 365 and Azure implementations.
• Review networking and Wi-Fi across locations.
• Identify root causes and design practical solutions.
• Support IAM projects and user lifecycle management.
• Document infrastructure standards and processes.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and MSPs.
• Assist cyber security improvements and secure solutions.
• Pilot new solutions before wider rollouts.
• Remove blockers to enable transformation.
