Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is helping a Tiverton based client recruit an Infrastructure Support Engineer. The role starts in 2nd line support and transitions to a combined Support/Infrastructure Engineer position with heavy Office 365 and networking focus.

The candidate should be comfortable with Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN and Firewalls, and be commutable to Tiverton 2-3 days a week. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Infrastructure Support Analyst/Engineer/2nd Line.
• Admin-level experience with Office 365.
• Experience with Routing, Switching, LAN, WAN, Firewalls and Security.
• Commutable to Tiverton 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Line IT support and later transition to a blended role.
• Manage Office 365, networking, routing, switching and security.
