Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking an Information Management Lead to establish and embed the programme's information management approach. You will work with digital, engineering, commercial and project delivery teams to set systems, standards, and governance ensuring information is secure, accessible and trusted.

Applicants should have experience building or transforming information management in large, regulated environments, and a track record with CDEs, EDMS, and digital delivery tech.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing or transforming an Information Management function within a large or regulated environment.
• Experience implementing information management systems, governance and data management.
• Strong knowledge of information governance, data management, and document control principles.
• Experience in water/utilities, transport, energy or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop the programme's Information Management strategy and governance.
• Establish information governance, document control and data management standards.
• Create a single source of truth for programme information and design records.
• Define information security, classification and retention requirements.
• Establish supplier assurance processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead the implementation and management of information management systems and tools.
• Embed information management across project teams and supply chain partners.
• Provide leadership and guidance to information management resources and stakeholders.
