Job summary

Roche Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Clinical Development Fellow in Infectious Diseases for a 1-year, full-time placement in the Global Clinical Development Group. The role is hybrid with in-office attendance at least 3 days per week.

You will contribute to the design, execution, data review, analysis and interpretation of data for molecules in development, collaborating globally with leading experts while being mentored by a UK-accredited physician.

Qualifications

• GMC Registration: Active General Medical Council registration and right to work in the UK.
• Clinical Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience post-qualification, with focus on serious or difficult-to-treat bacterial infections.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, execution, data review, analysis, and interpretation of data for molecules in development.
• Collaborate globally with academic experts and clinical investigators to drive innovation.
• Engage in clinical strategy, implementation, and molecule management meetings to understand medicine development.
• Provide infectious disease expertise to cross-functional pharmaceutical development teams.
• Assist in generating abstracts and oral presentations for external conferences and potential publications.
