Vertu Motors plc is seeking a PPC Manager to lead our paid search strategy across Google, Bing and SA360. Hybrid role with Gateshead office attendance a few days per month; you’ll own campaigns, optimize spend and drive ROI.

The role suits someone with 3-5 years PPC experience, strong SA360 skills, and a data-driven approach. You’ll collaborate with the in-house marketing team within a large automotive retail function.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' hands-on PPC experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and SA360.
• Strong SA360 experience is essential.
• Proven experience managing shopping campaigns and large-scale PPC accounts.
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, GTM and Merchant Center.
• Experience managing sizeable budgets and optimizing spend to hit commercial objectives.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem solving.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Looker Studio experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and SA360.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and ad copy creation.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to improve CTR, conversions and ROI.
• Manage significant advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing to align PPC with business objectives.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated on search marketing developments and automotive digital advertising.
• Generate detailed performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility and leads while maintaining efficiency.
• Work with SEO to share insights and improve cross-channel performance.
