Job summary

Dawn Ellmore Employment Limited is seeking a skilled Patent Paralegal to join a well-recognised in-house IP team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will draft and file patent forms, manage validation, and maintain the IP management system while handling correspondence.

Hybrid working is available; a CIPA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of patent filing procedures and formalities.
• Experience drafting and filing patent forms in relevant jurisdictions.
• Experience handling patent validation processes and official communications.
