Responsibilities

• Preparing and filing patent applications and associated documentation.
• Managing client correspondence and queries.
• Processing communications from patent offices.
• Liaising with records teams to ensure deadlines are accurately managed.
• Assisting with billing, invoicing and cost estimates.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to Fee Earners.
