Job summary

Cranleigh Personnel is recruiting for an IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator in Cambridge. You will support two Financial Advisers with a varied wealth planning admin workload, wiring to keep the Cambridge office running smoothly and greeting clients.

The role offers hybrid working with Mondays and Fridays from home after probation. Salary £33,000 - £37,000 depending on experience, with a Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm culture that values client service and staff

Qualifications

• Experience as IFA Administrator or Wealth Planning Administrator.
• Strong organisational and communications skills.
• Ability to liaise with Advisers and clients to progress cases.

Responsibilities

• Support two Financial Advisers with wealth planning administration.
• Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare client documentation, meeting packs and annual review paperwork.
• Liaise with clients and providers to progress cases efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems.
• Greet clients and act as first point of contact.
• Assist in day-to-day running of the Cambridge office and manage stationery.
