Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring an Integrated Business Planning Analyst (TECA) in Leeds. You will collaborate across functions to align capex, inventory, and demand signals, driving critical supply chain initiatives and KPI improvements.

You will leverage data analytics to optimize forecasting, asset utilisation, and risk management, while supporting regional and global planning processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in integrated business planning and IBP processes.
• Ability to translate investment plans into demand signals.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with partners to ensure capex and inventory align with targets and anticipated savings.
• Minimize P&L impact from excess inventory (E&O).
• Convert local investment plans into upstream demand signals.
• Support strategic PIPO projects.
• Drive and support execution of key supply chain initiatives with line leaders.
