Qualifications

• IAM, access governance, or cyber security administration experience.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, least-privilege, and access controls.
• Experience provisioning, amending, and removing user access.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM processes, and SLA-driven environments.
• Experience of IT Service Desk, access reviews, and compliance activities.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and record-keeping.
