Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering (CEng or working towards) and a strong understanding of HVDC systems. Qualifications

• Professionally qualified in Electrical Engineering (CEng or working towards).
• Demonstrable understanding of HVDC Station Engineering, Control & Protection and System Studies.
• Ability to coordinate across project disciplines and mitigate technical risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice for HVDC OEM design reviews.
• Witness HVDC OEM factory testing and commissioning of HVDC projects.
• Develop technical specifications for HVDC converters.
