Job summary

Candidate Source is seeking an HVAC Technical Design Estimator to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines office-based design work with site surveys and customer quotes to deliver accurate heating solutions using data supplied by contractors, consultants or key account managers.

The ideal candidate has HVAC experience, uses AutoCAD and CRM tools, and communicates clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Significant experience in a Technical/Sales Design role within HVAC/Humidification preferred.
Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in AutoCAD and CRM systems; strong data handling with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Design commercial heating solutions based on data from Contractor/Consultant/End User/Key Account Manager.
Carry out site surveys to qualify information for heating design.
Create customer quotes and provide technical assistance on product operation and applications.
Progress quotes with Commercial Operations Manager to convert into orders.
Collaborate with inside sales to share leads and opportunities.
Support training and development within the department and wider Customer Service Team.
