Job summary

ARCA Consulting is seeking a Site / Project Engineer in Gloucester with hybrid working and UK-wide travel. You will support high-voltage infrastructure and renewable energy projects through development to close-out, coordinating surveys and CAD updates while ensuring safety and quality.

Experience on live projects, strong organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence are essential. A company vehicle and site bonuses are included per the package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surveys across substations, overhead lines, and cable corridors.
• Produce and update CAD drawings for design and construction.
• Assist with method statements and construction phase plans.
• Support project planning, progress reporting and programme tracking.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Support site supervision on live projects and liaise with clients.
