Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HV Commissioning Engineer for a subcontract role based in the UK. The position blends site work with remote tasks and requires travel and stays away on a UK-wide basis.

You will carry out HV testing and commissioning, support DNO or power distribution projects, prepare commissioning reports and work with site teams to deliver safe, efficient projects while maintaining high technical standards.

Qualifications

• Proven HV commissioning experience.
• Experience on DNO or power distribution projects.
• Able to work independently and resolve technical issues.
• Willing to travel UK-wide and stay away.
• HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out HV testing and commissioning.
• Support DNO projects, maintenance and fault response.
• Complete commissioning reports and technical documentation.
• Work closely with site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
