Job summary

Rygor Group is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support its nationwide network across 20+ UK locations. You will conduct site visits, audits, and investigations while guiding managers to manage risk and maintain safety standards.

The role combines on-site and hybrid work, with 2–3 days on site and travel between locations. A minimum of two years UK Health & Safety experience is required, plus driving licence and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' UK Health & Safety experience in an operational environment.
• Experience applying health & safety principles in automotive/engineering/logistics sectors.
• Knowledge of UK H&S legislation and RIDDOR reporting.
• Experience completing risk assessments and developing safe systems of work.
• Willingness to travel between sites and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical health and safety support across 20+ UK locations.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Develop risk assessments and safe systems of work for operational teams.
• Champion safety culture and coach managers and technicians.
• Support ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 management systems development.
