Job summary

Rygor Group is seeking a pragmatic Health & Safety Advisor to support our nationwide network of automotive and commercial vehicle operations. This hands-on role involves on-site visits, audits and guiding managers to build safe, productive workplaces across 20+ UK locations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of UK H&S experience in an operational setting, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

At least 2 years UK Health & Safety experience in an operational environment.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
Experience in automotive, engineering, manufacturing, logistics or related sectors.
Good understanding of UK health and safety legislation and reporting incl. RIDDOR.

Responsibilities

Provide practical health and safety support across 20+ UK locations.
Deliver training, briefings and coaching on safety practices.
Lead and support investigations and root-cause analysis.
Develop risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Support ISO management systems and regulatory compliance.
