Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Officer to join the Human Resources team in a full-time, permanent role based in Kidlington, Oxford (hybrid). You will support employees, clergy and leaders across payroll, HR admin, recruitment and onboarding, ensuring accurate payroll processing and excellent service.

The role requires solid knowledge of UK employment legislation, payroll regulations and data privacy, with strong IT skills and experience using HR management and payroll

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and payroll requirements.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Support employees, clergy, managers and senior leaders with payroll and HR processes.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities and ensure accurate payroll data.
• Maintain robust controls and comply with statutory and organisational requirements.
• Provide confidential, people-centred HR and payroll support.
