JGA Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an HR Assistant Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, with travel required to Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Leicester and Birmingham offices.

You will support regional people strategies, deliver regional HR plans and manage projects that enhance employee experience across multiple sites, while coaching a Trainee HR Advisor.

Qualifications

• Experience providing practical HR advice across a broad range of people matters.
• Strong employee relations experience with handling complex cases.

Responsibilities
