Job summary

The National Union of Students (NUS) Charity is seeking an HR Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations within our Human Resources team in Stockport. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, maintain HR records, and ensure smooth payroll-related processes using our HR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR environment.
• Experience using HR systems (Natural HR, Moorepay, WorkRite, Hireful).
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
• Ability to support payroll-related tasks and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Maintain HR records and HR system data.
• Respond to HR queries and coordinate training.
