Job summary

Princes Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join a busy HR team in Long Sutton. The role focuses on providing day-to-day HR support, advising People Managers and employees, and ensuring fair, compliant practices across a ~450-550 headcount site.

The successful candidate will deputise for the HRBP, support recruitment for ungraded roles and help drive site HR projects while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years generalist HR experience.
• FMCG industry experience preferred.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to managers on employee relations and casework across the site.
• Collaborate with People Services, Talent Acquisition and L&D to deliver site and group people strategies.
• Drive key HR metrics such as labour, absence, turnover and retention.
• Offer advice on complex ER issues in line with policies and legislation.
• Lead sickness absence case management and liaise with Occupational Health.
