Job summary

Delta Housing Ltd. in Chelmsford is seeking two HR Advisors on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will support managers across employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation, delivering trusted guidance to the business.

Initial training is office-based, transitioning to a hybrid model with 2–3 days in the office and the remainder working from home. The role includes absences monitoring and timely HR advisory support.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent literacy and numeracy demonstrated.
• Experience providing HR advice in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy.

Responsibilities

• Support managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Assist HR Partners with HR administration.
• Monitor absences and liaise with Occupational Health.
• Advise on performance management issues with escalation when needed.
• Answer general HR queries daily.
